We came back as a family last Saturday. Again, lovely food, salmon for main course was awesome, melted in mouth and my favourite the crab cakes to start with did not disappoint.

Tell me which restaurant you can get such amazing home cooked food for a tenner?! Lovely cocktails now as well, great addition.

Thanks and see you soon.....

Saw the advert in N21 for Kye's bar and decided to take a look. My mother & I Came down for the £10 menu and were not disappointed. I treated by self to a cocktail before we ate and chose an apple martini (from quite an extensive cocktail list) - very good!!! To eat my mother had the pate and I had the crab cakes - which were spot on. We both then had the sea bass which was wonderfully tasty with top notch presentation.
To sum up the food is extremely good and fantastic value for money. Service is friendly and un intrusive with pleasant surrounding. The garden they have looks so inviting with pretty fairy lights, just unfortunate that it was a bit on the chilly side to sit out on this occasion.
We will definately be coming back - thank you for a lovely evening.

I, along with my husband and my little boy had dinner at Kye's recently. We all had 2 courses which were thoroughly enjoyable. Kye's has a very welcoming atmosphere and we will definately be back to try some more of the delicious home-made food.

We've been in for Sunday lunch. Wow!! Lovely rare roast beef, veg steamed to perfection, big jug of gravy and a large pot of hot horseradish sauce. The Malbec went very well with the roast and the whole meal was finished with a superb apple crumble with proper custard!

Do yourself and your tastebuds a big favour an come here for Sunday lunch.

Kye's was 'the icing on the cake' when we celebrated my husbands birthday last week. We headed for my old stamping ground, Cockfosters/Oakwood - what was Trent Park Training College (now Middlesex University) - then to Kye's, a couple of stops down the Piccadilly Line to Southgate, for a delightful evening meal. Kye's looked and is warm and welcoming; creamy walls with rich red panels glowing in soft candlelight and sparkling chandeliers, attentive yet unobtrusive service, modestly priced appetising dishes. I had to think twice about whether or not I could manage to eat a dessert but when I tasted my bread and butter pudding I knew I'd made the right decision. As we left, the tables were nearly filled with people in twos and fours contentedly eating, drinking and talking and the long table in the window was abuzz with another, bigger, happy birthday celebration. Well done to Tony and all his staff!

We came back yesterday and had early evening mean with all our family so 8 of us around the table. Food was served quickly and our 3 kids polished off their various selections of home made items from the children's menu (clear plates always a good sign, even from our 3 year old). I had the chicken/gammon pie - crispy pastry on top but juicy meat and sauce below in a perfect mixture, my wife the filo pastry veggie option having had various starters (onion soup was amazing).

A brief review, but to mainly say that to feed the family for £10 a head for the adults (less for kids menu) plus drinks with such amazingly tasty and HOME made food is very rare these days. We will be back before they charge more!

Cheers to all the staff as well at what is fast becoming a great location to know about....

Visited Kye's last weekend and was not disappointed. Had heard so much about the new restaurant and the fabulous menu that felt only right to take a look myself.
Took a couple of friends in, and we were was amazed at the transformation from a deadend pup to a high class modern bar and restaurant. The decor was tasteful and it was clean with plenty of room to sit at the bar for a drink.
We were all on the £10 menu which had various dishes to choose from. Only 1 of us managed to get to the dessert as we were all too full up with very generous plates of truly wonderful food.
I will now be one of the many spreading the word on how lovely Kye's is, and will definintely make it my No.1 choice for a great night out.

My wife and I had dinner at Kyes last night. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious, well cooked and presented. The meal was very good value for money. Will most definitely be going there again, soon.
